The Womaning Workshop method guarantees that the participants leave with the following take-aways
of thinking about gender at the workplace
of the invisible ways gender affects each one of us
of empathy towards colleagues and teammates
that the effects of gender are ubiquitous
into the subtle gender biases we all carry
to identify real ways to build an equitable work culture
across lines of gender and other forms of diversity
for the importance of diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces
We learned, we laughed, and we couldn’t stop talking about the workshop for days afterwards! We highly recommend all teams – big and small – to join the Womaning conversation!
